There are certainly some people on the board that are effected by this thing. Check in here, let's make sure no one dies or anything.

We're here to offer support and encouragement.

Discuss.

I just put a new roof on pre-Summer after a half dozen named storms starting with Charlie played bumper cars with us... Go North you Low sucking atmospheric cement mixer... I need a break for a season. :lol3:

p.s.
If I could keep it out to sea, I would. Of course, the prayer is safety and no damage for anybody, but Lord, I'm over generator duty, :whew:

UF sent an email reporting that we are to remain open. UF health will continue normal activities. We will probably be slammed with patient diversions from the coast.

My dad’s house is in Flood Zone B in PCB. He evacuated to Birmingham with his wife and kids this morning. I’d honestly take a hurricane and flood over Birmingham.

Thankfully looks like I'm going to remain on the West side of this thing. Sorry for my fellow Gators East of me, I've been in the firing line before, it's not fun. Batten down, get out & take pictures (better yet, a video) of all your property for insurance claim purposes. Trust me.

If it levels Tallacrappy, I’ll be ok with the collateral damage. We can rebuild.

They would have been better coming south to see y'all. Birmingham? God bless 'em.

I vacation in Cape San Blas every summer. This thing might wipe that little peninsula off the map.

Hope everyone stays safe over there.
