Missouri had 250+ yds at the half. Most of it rushing. 0 sacks. No pressure. That isn't on Franks . He may suck but he doesn't control the defense.

And scored 21 points in the first qtr and a half. We couldn’t have been that gassed that quick. Defense was exploited right from the jump.

I'm actually with the Donkey on this one. While our last few classes may have been ranked better than the bottom tier of SEC teams, they also have had ZERO coaching, ZERO S&C, and were part of the laziest administration ever. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard - right?

Our bottom half of the roster is FAU at best. Sadly, a lot of those guys are our upperclassmen who are now expected to contribute. We look like FAU. Upsetting better teams with more energy and getting smoked by better teams who come to play. This is what SunBelt fans feel every year. Except, we get to play an actual SEC slate.

Also, our SunBelt defense is geared toward pass rush only. We can only do that well when we have a lead and force the other team to be one-dimensional. We had a chance yesterday, yet again, to go up quickly in the first few drives of the game and help the defense. Except, yet again, the offense stalled. Franks inability to push the ball downfield with any sort of accuracy and consistency is destroying the offense and punishing our one-dimensional defense.

And, for some God unknown reason, we were also going hurry-up when we couldn't move the ball. Why?

Good grief, but I never thought I would live to see all 3 "major" colleges in FL performing so poorly simultaneously!!! Reading this board is identical to reading the 'Canes. My fellow 'Cane fans are ready to start flying banners again and wearing grocery sacks on their heads and, of course, want to fire Richt. If I had to grade the teams right now, UF would be the best of the 3 with Miami #2 and FSU #3.

'Course the best in FL is UCF, following by USF, then FIU & FAU. I was surprised Kiffen's team beat Butch's team. I am not enjoying college football this year and can only hope for the best in 2019 and am sure you Gators feel the same.

Defense deserves plenty of blame but at one point early in the game we had 5 drives which lasted fewer than 2 minutes.

That's the thing - when you play teams like Mizzou who can score points you have to rely on your offense to move the chains and keep opponents on the sideline as much as you have to rely on the defense. We didn't do it. Even if the defense had played better we would have likely lost. Being able to get 1st downs, control the clock and keep Lock on the sideline was crucial and necessary to help a defense that was struggling and we failed miserably because of our incompetence on offense.

The QB is definitely this team's problem. Franks has clearly lost his passion and given up.

The defense is mediocre at best to begin with. While Franks has all the physical tools to be an elite QB. Unfortunately he's a brain surgeon in buffoonery. Time to throw anyone but him in there to try and salvage the rest of this season.

Missouri averages 25 ppg in the sec. They had 21 at the half. The entire offense was trash. The whole team sucked

Our classes were still ranked way above Missouri. A team that had the team down 35-10 with 13th recruiting class in the sec for the last 3 years and classes in the 40s. This game was on Mullen and co. Wtf would try to air raid Missouri to death? The ol did nothing and so did the Defense. Our punter showed more fight than both sides of the ball. The team looked completely unprepared just like kentucky.

The big 3 all lost on consecutive weekends for the first......ever!

But no...USF, FAU and FIU are not better.

USF gave up 38 to Georgia Tech, 42 to UMass and got blown out 57-36 by Houston and 41-15 by Tulane the last 2 games.

FAU is freakin 4-5. Gave up 63 to Oklahoma and 56 to UCF.

FIU got destroyed by FAU and lost to Miami.

None are ready for prime time yet.

I mean, I’ll give you Georgia has more talent than us but Kentucky and Mizzu? What about Vandy?
We beat Vandy.
I feel like you are trying to imply something. How 'bout instead of being a little pussy you come out and say it.

While watching the game on Saturday had a couple of friends tell me that the defense wasn't sucking and they didn't know what game I was watching. I guess they were gassed from the opening kick off according to them.

Yeah and he just said that Trask and Franks graded within 1 point of each other. Were they graded on the Addazio scale? ("They (the OL) all graded out as champions").
