Apparently KeVaughn had a lot of personal stuff going on off the court last year. It's a big reason why college sports can be so unpredictable, you're dealing with young adults who could have any variety of distractions happening in their lives. I think it was pretty clear he wasn't himself last year, so hopefully he's been able to get his head back in the game, cause we could use his scoring.

Tomorrow is Nov 6. What topic will the commentators talk about more?... Politics? Or the game?

If he disappears like he did so often last year, I can certainly see that happening. Too many options on offense this year for him to play 28-30 minutes and only score 3-5 points.
He's a senior and likely our best perimeter defender (remember, Coach White likes defense) - I just don't think Coach White will replace him as a starter with a true Freshman (he'd have to be stinking it up really, really bad (even on D) for that to happen). And from the practice reports, he's apparently getting after it on both ends like he's never done before (he knows he needs to show something this year if he wants to make a living playing bball).

Johnson is athletic enough to play sg and Locke is bigger than Allen in height and weight if the roster listing is to be believed.

I agree about K. Johnson's skill set. I earlier answered on my phone and had I been on my computer like now I would have said White considers K. Johnson a 3 rather than just K. Johnson is a 3. Also Locke would need to jump over Ballard maybe but then again maybe White views Ballard as a 3 also.

I hope so. He had a rough year last season. I agree he is our best perimeter defender at SG.

I forgot about Ballard. I'm hoping he's figured out some things in the off-season because I love his offensive skill set.

FSU is a 4 point favorite and the O/U set at 149.5.

Will the FSU game depend on defending their 7'4" center? With FSU's inside height advantage, they should hit high % shots, can we hit at a high % if most are taken from outside? worries, worries.
Hope we frustrate their ball-handlers, get turnovers.

Does Coach White know that FSU is our rival and that we like beating them?

Just checking, I wasn't sure......
