I enjoy cooking. I like to eat stuff that tastes good. There's something about cooking over a fire that makes it even better. This morning while watching some different YouTube videos, I came across a video produced by Alex Almazan and his uncle Boki (Serbs I believe) who live in the forest and cook in a primitive style. Alex is obviously a professionally trained chef. Their production style and filmwork is incredible. This is the first and second of probably 15 of their many videos I have watched today. Don't let the Beans and Sausage subject meal fool you. The second video I watched, Five Pound Steak kind of cinched the deal for me. Each gets better as they go forward. They don't shoot all of their videos in their stone kitchen, some may be in a cave or by a stream. The owl is named Mr Ramsey.

Two best steaks I’ve ever had were in Serbia and Montenegro, both cooked on a super hot stone
