ALas, if only we weren’t so cheap...we could hire Big time Calimari and instantly all the unstoppable 6’10” and above players would flock to Gainesville. You guys are fooling yourselves.

Mike White has the best back to back class Ever signed at UF. Heck, he’s got more five stars signed than Mullen. Name the time Billy D signed three five stars in a two year period? Now back the fuvvvk off and give him time to develop them. He’ll win plenty, ya turds.

4 years in and he still can’t run a set play. LOL. Keep fooling yourself. 5 Stars aren’t going to fix that, ding dong.

White needs to bring in a 6'10"-7'1" co-ordinated Ukralnian guy who practiced playing soccer most his youth and has picked up that total body athleticism. I'm through expecting winning results from faraway 3s. Teams with inside moves are having fun. White's Gators aren't having fun.

He’s in year 4, how many does he need to “develop” a big man?

Well, he just got that asst coach in the off season who is known for recruiting/developing big men. Hopefully we’ll see positive results sooner than later.

A hater is anyone who doesn’t believe in your ability to succeed. For example, Jalen Hudson has a lot of haters right now. If he opens SEC play the same as now, you can count me among “the haters.” If Hudson turns his season around, he gets to shush the haters. This is how the game is played, player. If Mike White succeeds at UF, you’re a donkey jackass for not believing in him.

What you describe is known in the rational world as a a doubting Thomas which is a far cry from a hater. It must be lonely in your world

Uh, that would be 1998 and 1999 when he actually signed four. He signed Mike Miller, Teddy Dupay in ‘98 and then Brett Nelson and Donnell Harvey in ‘99. Now do your research before you attack people

UF also signed 5 star recruits Kenny Boynton, Patric Young and Bradley Beal in consecutive class in 2009 to 2011. It is amazing to me how much about UF UF fans forget so quickly.

He's off to a good start. We just signed a top 50 player at center.

Hilariously incorrect. Neither Boynton nor Young were five stars. Both were great Gators who stayed until their senior years. Beal was a one and done, typical of five stars. People who want to can Mike White for struggling offensively are not appreciating the tremendous job he’s doing in recruiting the last two seasons. Our best players are our youngest players.

You are losing credibility left and right. Just stop.

Should we go ahead and throw in Chris Walker & Kasey Hill?

Calipari is a mediocre Xs and Os coach. He can recruit, but he should win more with those recruits.

Give me a Billy D type who can take a young Wilbekin and develop him into an assassin. Or take Patric Young and convince him to become one of the best defenders UF has seen. Or take an ad-on like Parsons and make him a conference player of the year. I could care less about getting all the 5 stars. If you can coach and develop players you'll be successful.

It took a few years for Billy D to craft his coaching style. I have hopes for coach White. Year 4...these are his recruits now. Next year I expect to see some bigger things happening with the frosh this year and next year.

We have a great young nucleus of top rated players already here and more coming in next season. Cycle out Hayes, Hudson, and Allen and next year we should be much better. Get those young guys some experience this season and take their lumps and we will be battle tested and ready for next season. Hopefully we can get to 20 wins and to the NCAA Tourney this season. Go Gators!!

I guess I was wrong about Boynton and Young. Neither one was good enough to get drafted. But I guess they were both five stars. If it’s the same rating service that had Walker and Kasey Hill as five stars, they probably need to re-evaluate anyhow.

Ummm, you emphatically denied that either Young or Boynton were 5*s in your attempt to prove your point. Don’t know what to tell you other than White isn’t all that and still isn’t able to draw up an out of bounds play or set up a play.

Mistaken about trivia? Dude, you were beyond wrong. I’ll press you and bet not only will we not be a Final 4 team in the next 3 years, White’s sorry ass won’t even survive that 3 years.

Actually you are wrong about pretty much everything. You make bold statements that are inaccurate at best and then tap dance when you get exposed. To make matters worse you attack the people that disagree with you and ultimately prove you wrong. I assume you are one of the people who think White has done a better job than Donovan which is absolutely crazy. You should give some thought to studying the history of the program before you make these bold and inaccurate statements. You will learn names like Norm Sloan and Tommy Bartlett or Neal Walk or Reggie Hannah or even Alligator Alley. Did you know that Florida is celebrating 100 years of basketball? Didn’t think so.
