Good relevant 'sharp' points, DoGat Dag. Let's not forget UF's HC Lon Kruger - been doing well at Oklahoma for 7-8 years. Appreciate it if someone knows why he left UF ?

Ummm, you emphatically denied that either Young or Boynton were 5*s in your attempt to prove your point. Don’t know what to tell you other than White isn’t all that and still isn’t able to draw up an out of bounds play or set up a play.

And you know this how?? Now perhaps our current players won't or can't execute such plays. I seem to remember several scores from out of bounds in the recent past.

Bearing no basketball wisdom, I can't help but note that Kruger is of the same physical stature as Donovan & White.

Chris Walker

When you are talking recruiting top guys you don't get to throw in Al Horford. Chris Walker was a top 10 recruit. He did not develop, but we are discussion getting top players. Al Horford was NOT a top 10 recruit. Horford came in better than Walker and developed better too.

The above does not change where players were rated. Coaches might have known better about Horford than recruiting services, but that does not matter for the point of our discussions of recruits.

Lee Humphrey was nationally ranked at 107 in the 03 Class. Green was 105, Noah 73, Horford 42, and Brewer 23 so none were top 10 recruits but ALL Finished #1 forever. Back 2 Back, Best ever forever!

Old News Flash = Chase Johnson has clearance for full contact play. He's 6'9" 220 lbs. What I don't understand is why he could not keep in shape during his non-court recovery ? Low impact elliptical ?
He is tall and is very co-ordinated with a better shooter's touch. We need him to come thru without getting hurt. Go more Gators.
