@CFTalk: Louisville pushes back on report that has Jonathan Greenard transferring to Florida #collegefootball Louisville pushes back on report that has Jonathan Greenard transferring to Florida
Read the article. Simply says that as of Sunday he hasn't had "any communications with the University of Florida about transferring". Not that he's not interested, not that someone hasn't contacted family, not that they've not talked about depth and scheme in the possible scenario that he transfers. Pretty vanilla denial crafted by UL. They've had some practice with this what with Pitino, Petrino and all...

Of course Grantham was there when Greenard committed to Louisville.

Their roster has him listed at 263 which is quite a bit beefier than any of our current edge rushers.

Maybe I am confused. Wouldn't a good WDE who was big and strong enough to be a SDE be a good thing?

The HS WDE's usually weigh around 210-225 before they get on campus....they "beef up" to 240-250. A 240lb HS kid is likely a SDE in college. But either way, having 3 commits is a good thing....

Yeah, the Louisville guy. It's like being big enough to be a sde is a bad thing.
