Do you think Mullen would win at UF?

No one thought Shane Matthews suspended for gambling with a bookie in Athens, GA. in the fall of 1989 was really setting himself up to be a two time SEC player of the year and to have a nice NFL career as a backup making money. But then there was a coaching change and he was allowed off suspension and he rose to the top. With good coaching things will change quickly. Now the only question is did UF finally hire a good enough coach?
I don't even understand how this post disagrees with mine, much less that it disagrees sufficiently to merit a dislike.
Would it be rude of me to point out that you have avoided the simple question I asked Law? That is, If you don't think that Mullen needs a QB, you must believe that he has one now that his coaching skills can develop. Name that person and stand by your choice.

Where is that pic of crow on a plate at?
Dude, you would declare we'd win if we brought in a hobo off the street to coach the team. You don't go out on a limb and predict anything, you just blindly shake pom-poms no matter what.

yep pretty much right that I will root and cheer on UF on all accounts even if we had a bobble head doll as our head coach! Go Gators!

The bigger point is some of the hilarious responses to the OP, but Jboss does deserve some cred for being ahead of the curve. I can't think of another soul who had the audacity to pump Mullen the week before Mac was fired.

I was not keen on Mullin originally. And am still concerned about recruiting. But there is no doubt, this program has improved. And all the credit goes to Mullin not simply addition by subtraction as Traz opined.

His first and most important job was to change the culture in the locker room and on and off the field. He has done that. The next is to change the perception of the Gators outside of Gainesville. Yesterday's win made a lot of headway in that direction and should help with recruiting (I hope).

Go Gators! And I still hate seeing Grantham on our sidelines.

And there abouts since 2010.

124th is an F.

What do you grade 45th? Relative to "The Gator Standard".
I grade the curve. I'd give it a B. Has good rhythm, easy to dance to.

A bit premature to pull this thread out. Save it for when we win something more than Peach Bowl Champions t-shirts.
it is premature but we definitely have some positive momentum for the first time in a very long time.

so tired of ending the season with two or three blowout losses.
