As for the hire itself, should be good for um from a continuity standpoint. But he’s definitely a risky hire at a place that shouldn’t be OTJT. The likelihood of us getting anyone from their class just dropped. But honestly, this could’ve gone several worse directions for us.

I’m als reading that they had to pay his buyout. So they effectively wasted 4mil to promote their own DC.
