What New Years championship did we win.... We won a bowl game, a championship is being played for on the 7th. It was a solid bowl win against a quality opponent, but don't start selling it as a Championship.

Perfect example of the idiots that call themselves Gators. Last I checked the shirts and hats the players received had Peach Bowl Champion on them.. not runner up.

How does that compare to a SEC East championship? Better or worse?

Well Oscar, you were one of the knuckleheads that were bitching about the two SEC East titles Mac won. Like many Gators that wasn’t enough for them. Well I count them as Divisional Titles ,unlike many on here. When that is the attitude you are taking away the effort of the kids and that is wrong.
So comparing a Peach Bowl championship to an SEC East ,it is not close. But it is a start.

I’m not at all interesting Cover 2.. but I am a Gator and I believe in Mullen. But I also believed in Zook, And Muschamp. I guess I have a problem with blind trust.
I do have a background but nobody on this board would give a rats azz. Glad Ox gave me the go ahead to turn it loose. Thx Ox wherever you are.

No one said it was nothing... but it sure as hell isn't a Championship either. You are trying to overinflate what the bowl game win means. It's the Peach Bowl, it's a good win against a quality opponent. But it's not more than that. You are out there saying we won a Championship... if the Peach Bowl is a Championship, how many Peach Bowl Champions do you remember....
