NFL loves failed coaches. I have never been able to care about the nfl due to their total lack of adaptation and hiring absolutely horrendous coaches over and over again.I don't understand the fascination with a failed college coach. Sure he coached Mahomes, but there's more to consider.

The Bucs landed a far better coach than I would have believed, especially with the GM basically saying the new coach had to accept Jameis as the QB.

Arians has known Jamies for a while. He attended an Arians Camp when he was around 12yo. STILL.....
