My friend has a Plymouth Horizon, it was their pull in car they really did not want to sell it. A pull in car is one with a low price but no options to get you to come in and get sold a higher priced car.

My favorite first car to drive was this

except ours was from Fla. and yellow. Was a FLa Highway Patrol car. 440 with anti sway bars and naugahyde seats. And the spotlight. Great for rabbit hunting. It would literally fly. I ran into a basketball court (yes that is possible) with it and dad almost killed me. Engine finally blew and dad put a 383 in it. It was never the same.
My best friend from elementary school’s dad drove his unmarked Detroit PD Fury home every night... that would’ve been around 72-74. Just an f’ing beast of a car.

Got me thinking... his dad was a WWII and Korea vet. When it rained in the summer, his dad used to go out and lay on the grass and nap directly in the rain. He was Clint Eastwood from El Camino. My friend Robbie was a “menopause baby”. We were five when his next oldest sibling came back from Vietnam in ‘72. His oldest sister was 37. “Uncle Robbie” had nieces and nephews that were 15 years older than us.

Annnd I’ve gone full Coach... you never go full Coach, even when hunting alone! ;)
