Well a bit of fuel to the rumors that UF won't take Cross:

NICK CROSS, S, HYATTSVILLE (MD.) DEMATHA

Cross being towards the back of this group is a testament to the depth of top athletes in the 2019 cycle. The 6-foot, 206-pounder, is one of the nation’s top indoor sprinters and recently posted a 55-meter time of 6.33 seconds, which is tied for fastest in the nation so far this year. With a developed and muscled up build, Cross has also tested quite well in combine settings, posting personal bests of a 4.43 second 40-yard dash, 4.28 second short-shuttle and a 38.5 inch vertical jump. A longtime Florida State commit, Cross has taken recent visits to Penn State and Georgia and remains up the air as National Signing Day approaches.

Cross is 10th on their list, but he clearly can run. So I am guessing if Mullen and staff don't like him, it is for something other than foot speed.

Thought I'd bring this up again. In 2017, Bama signed Jarez Parks as a grayshirt, meaning he would count against the 2018 class. That 2018 class had 20 players + Parks, which allows them to sign 29 kids this cycle, and they have plenty of EE's to make this work.

We keep hearing about all these kids that Bama is in on, but it just doesn't add up. So I think for one, Bogle has to be out of their class. Do they have kids willing to grayshirt just to get in the class? Which is why I think Fuller stays at FSU.

I did read that someone thinks that Moore could push his decision pass NSD, which would be great for us, but it was just one person, so it still looks like coloring books for him.

There were rumors Bama told Bogle he may have to greyshirt and they appear to be chasing a few other defensive players. I think its a good sign that Miami or us may get him.

I am surprised it hasn't leaked out who MAR told he wouldn't be signing with because he said that he was going to let those coaches know yesterday.

Moore is acting a little funny about it but I think it may be considering the home state team against Auburn.

Starting to seem like Auburn is going to go gangbusters tomorrow, including MAR. UF may only get Elam and Bogle.

I think the Barn is the team to beat for Moore.

Only Elam and Bogle? That would be a huge recovery and probably the 7th or 8th ranked class.

Well, also Black and Henderson. So we should/could sign at least 4 tomorrow. That would put us between 10-12, depending on who Auburn and Penn State gets (they're ahead of us and trending for a few). IF we get MAR, then that could project us inside the top 10. If we miss on MAR there's really no way we can crack the top 10. I'm guessing we finish 11th.

It won’t unfortunately . Weirdly enouh landing both Elam and bogle puts us at 12th if the teams around us get who they expect as well. Adding MAR would put us 7th. So MAR, a player we truly don’t need, moves us up 5 spots. If we can land both Bogle and Elam it’s a hell of a class. And possibly adding Braun who is already being projected as a top round talent

A guy on 247 did a pretty detailed breakdown of all teams and their targets.
