If Strong shuts them down and let's Kerwin light it up ...what's not to like?
FSU will suck for a few years while it sorts out Taggart and/or the buyout, but the money gap -- about 50m in revenue per year -- is enough that USF will remain in relation to FSU what it is. A commuter school. You and I know they can't overcome that in the long run.

Rivals - FSU faces financial crunch, but Coburn sees light at end of tunnel
Author is pretty much a pumper, but their financial situation (people might lie, but the numbers never do) would seem to indicate they are stuck with WiLLLLLLLie for awhile. Like he could go 0-12 next year and sign a class of 2 & 3 *s and they still couldn't afford to buy him out. Unless things turn around, we might be able to get four years out of him. What a mess.
I feel dirty just from reading that.

Heard FSU hired a new PR firm to manage expectations/news for the Taggert era. Has experience working with guys named Willie.

Yeah Del Rio looked awesome in practice too...so what

Del Rio wasn't a practice hero ... he was actually decent in games (decent is a word used relative to his competition during his tenure at UF). His issue was he got hurt all the time. Its not like he lit it up during practice and sucked during the games, its that he was the best we had with the crap recruiting and coaching going on during that time period. The few games he played injury free, he was decent. He played several games banged up and sat out a lot of others hurt.

Offensive line needed more yoga.
