I'm not a fan of this mentality at all. We won 10 games last year. Not the national championship. We can't just coast against miami. Why give em bulletin board material?

Agree, but he’s a RSFr. Hopefully the upperclassmen will talk some sense into him.

I thought we had enough of those. He’s not DT material, so I’d like to see if he can play in the middle at LB.
He is an edge rusher. Not an inside LB. We have enough of the 200-220 edge rusher DE/OLBs.

We really only have a handful of legitimate SEC sized DL. And we don't play two of them.

Ummm....I sold in orthopedics for years. I'm curious to know what kind of surgery they performed on Simonds to correct his "one arm longer than the other" problem.

:dunno:

something slightly dislocated or similar?

I don't know. Maybe. The only other thing I can think of is something like a fracture through the growth plate but at his age I would think he's done growing. I don't know how they correct a problem like that that's already occurred if the growing has stopped.

Hypnosis tape telling him to keep the long-arm elbow a little more bent.

Yeah, this is surprising to hear. Didn't realize anyone besides Black being an academic risk.

That’s why I share what I can to keep you as informed as I can get y’all...Elam and Zipperer are two of the biggest pieces in this class and I never heard anything about them in trouble the whole time...you’re right it is a little shocking tbh

We’re pretty good at TE
There's also a procedure for folks with heavy underbites and lengthening the jaw. I think they used bonegrafts for that, not sure.
