Florida beat Miami. Are we allowed to enjoy it?

Think about that. How many times have you seen that sentence. "Florida beat Miami." Not a whole lot in recent memory.

Beat miami in a game where everything they needed to happen to win happened. Sloppy play, turnovers, and shady refs. Gators played just about as bad as you could and beat a team they haven't played in six years and almost never beat when they do. This is as good as a win over FSU in my book.

Yes it was sloppy, horribly so. I wouldn't watch it again. Not fun to watch. But its a win over Miami. Now they get a break next week. A lot of people gave up on this team after Kentucky last year. Some fans seem to be giving up on them after a win over Miami in week 0. I'm still with Mullen and glad he is our coach. He was the best available and the best for this program.

So enjoy the win guys, theres a lot more to come. At least 10 this year. And for those of you that think 10 wins is bad, this team was 4-8 two years ago.

No one suffers victory like a Gator.

I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it. As much trouble as they've always given us, and we KNEW coming into this game they would have a good defense, I'll take it.

I'm glad for the win I'm more pissed that this game was almost stole from us by bad calls and pure luck by the canes. I was worried about this game bad, cause Miami seems to always have our number. A off week and a cupcake is what this team needs right now. I am proud of this team overcoming overwhelming odds and still walking off the field winners. Go Gators!!!

I only saw about 60% of the game ,but other than beating a very sh*tty Miami team that win was almost as enjoyable as the Louisiana Lafayette win from 2012 when Muschamp walked our sidelines.

People thought Kentucky was ****ty last year too, turned out to be a pretty decent team. Season just started, be happy we have a win over a real team and not a pansy, and have things to work on.

I know exactly what happened. Week 0 against miami. If they don't improve, then you can jump all over them. I don't care how crappy the team is. A win over miami is a win over miami.

Perish the thought of what Franks does in front of the sideline cameras if he remains in the zone for Tennessee Martin.

I'm thinking he spent the entire off-season in Dale Carnegie classes.

Yeah real bad....just not as bad as every Cane on the field and in the stands. They were in his ear all night.

Personally I love seeing some fight in the dog. I mean not donning a 50 lb chain around his neck after every big play...but you get what I mean.
