They play Utah State the week before, we play Auburn... It'll be a tough one.

Magical / Luck things tend to happen for us in this Rivalry. Seeing as most around here consider this to be our L for the month. I’m gonna go 17-13 good guys.

Of course it is. LSU always gets night games. How many has Florida had in the last 10 years?

Outside of cupcake openers, I can't think of many since 2015(OM and fsu that year). I know we got A&M in '17 and Mizzou and UK last year. But the big games haven't been at night since then.

And every time it looks like Lsu is going to be a really tough challenge for us, they give them the night slot. When nobody cared in years like '13 and '11, we were midday. When all eyes were on us in '07, '09, '15 and (possibly) this year, we have to face a sea of druk cajuns who've been drinking 12 hours.

Selfishly, it works for me because I have plans out of town all that day. But it makes our job much tougher. I bet even Ox thinks it's probably enough for them to stay within 3 scores of us now.

Espn just did LSU a helluva favor. Now most of those corn dog fcks will be too drunk to remember that ass whipping their going to receive.

Well I know it seems like many of the Gator fans feel like we get slighted all the time on a variety of things, I happen to think this is a boon for us. Is it tougher playing there at nite? Probably. But guess what? The best way to get away from being borderline relevant is to give the most people the chance to see it. Sure every single game is on TV, but as opposed to only each team's fans watching a typical afternoon game, this game will be on every main screen in every establishment east of the Rockies that nite. I view it as being pitted in a potentially better game at the prime starting night time on a Saturday.

This goes way back...when I was LSU Grad School ESPN loved their night games...

Florida had day games when Jimmy Carter wanted everyone to save energy...lights.

It was years later before night games came back to the Swamp
