The depth chart this staff puts out is a joke. Players that aren't even playing listed at the top at times. My guess is they'll start Delance, only to pull him after a few series, for the third straight game. Just go ahead and get Gouriage ( to lazy to check the spelling) first team reps. I did notice Saturday they pulled Pierce from kick coverage, so he will have a larger role I'm sure.

Surely Pierce is suspended or something.....
why would you say that? weve had a legit passer sitting on the roster since mullen showed up, yet he played the dude that cant read defenses and is slow as mollasses getting the ball out. what makes anyone think player evaluations at other positions are based on effectiveness?

What is the intent with the use of 'or' in some and not others?

Glad Henderson and Zuniga are back.

Knowing that Jeawon Taylor will be back roaming the secondary for someone to chase down from behind after a long gain is comforting. Not sure how we managed without him.

I may lose my cool ‘or’ just keep drinking during the game.

Or means they're both considered first string

Regarding Delance, Bleich is just as bad (read garbage). We just don't have the depth to replace both. I'm sure we'll see Gouriage but that's about it

Yeah just find it odd he went down the chart after being the best runner on the season.
As far as Franks goes, I'm convinced what put him over the top is his arm strength. Only reason I can see.

No need for me to pile onto an awful O-Line that has been unable to block a schedule littered with terrible D1 teams and some D-78 teams. And this week we get an NFL D-Line across from us. Hope is not a strategy but it is all I have here.

Nice to see some names return on defense, but there are too many holes up the middle to feel comfortable. Greenard has been a great find and his motor never stops. So refreshing to see after watching CeCe Jefferson take multiple plays off in a row. I think AU's passing game is a work in progress, sort of hit or miss and since I don;t trust any of our safetys in pass coverage, I am putting 9 guys in the box and I mean crowding the LOS and take my chances. I know Wilson will committ 2 or more PI penalties, but we have no chance if we allow AU to establish a run game b/c that is when they send one of those TE's down the middle of the field with our LB's and S's looking at each other with their palms up looking lost. The only difference will be it is not VJ doing the asking. Sell out and stop the run.
