I find it amusing that Butters is only a 10 point favorite at home against 0-6 New Mexico State. I don't think Vegas thinks very highly of 'ol Hee Haw. If they can't cover that he should be fired on the spot.

Our large spread against LSU is pretty confounding to say the least. In our last 10 games with LSU, only one of them was won by more than 11 points, and that was the blowout loss in '11 with Brissett at QB. These games are almost never blowouts in either direction. I know they don't take those sorts of things into consideration when drawing up betting lines, but I'd be shocked if either team won by that much.

They’re trying to get people to put money down. This line is effective at that. LSU fans - and the media as a whole - have bought into their high flying offense that has yet to play a defense. UF fans and others who value defense would find this a great value pick.

I was in top 3 or something at this point last season though, and proceeded to drop to losing to 5151 by double digits.
