If they don’t fire Grantham after the season, I’ll have a hard time backing them. This 3rd down problem is too real.

Typically I’m pretty optimistic. But that last drive I bet we waisted 3 min of game clock. Trask looking to the sideline. Trask talking to the RB. Trask running out to the farthest wr and talking to him about how his grades are. WTF did we think? I guess they thought there were 9 min left in the game

Hey Marco, that crappy tackle is why we bring our arms when we tackle. Tell your team-mates.

...and tell Mullen and Trask to get the offense cranked up. We are going to need to score at least 24.

I would say the game was no where near as close as the final score. The talent disparity was obvious but this was also a coaching mismatch and that is hard to swallow b/c I am not a Kirby guy but they really looked they they had a plan. Our simplistic offense where 3 guys go 5 yards and just turn around is not so great against a really good defense. Talent improvement alone won;t fix our woes.

NO, it was 100% a coaching mismatch and dumbassary in the OC dept. Grantham need to be fired and Dan need to let somebody else call play. AND we need a recruiter.

Ugay dominated us, it should've been way worse. I don't think Kirby wants to beat Mullen too bad, he wants him to stay employed so he's got an easy win every year.

Completely out coached on both sides of the ball. Let's go ahead and stop with the "Kirby can't coach" bullsh*t. He just handed Dan his ass!

I will only say that it should've been a worse ass kicking. So maybe a better coach would've done that

Did we even practice? We were completely unprepared from the very first drive. Mullen put out a downright Richt-like performance today. Unacceptable.

The talent discrepancy was real but that didn’t cause all the stupid alignment penalties. Or wasting timeouts. Or allowing 66% on 3rd. Or converting only 22%. That game was closer than it looked - we just found new ways to kill ourselves every time we crossed the 50 until the 4th. Our dawg DC is the primary culprit. Its like that loser never wants to win in Jax.

Lack of execution in the first half dug a hole the offense couldn’t get out of. It also kept the defense on the field for far too many plays on a day the defense couldn’t stop anything on 3rd down

I’d feel better if we had played to our potential, just to see how the game would have turned out.

The defense sealed our fate with their inability to stop ANTHYING on 3rd down. The offense was almost equally as bad. I especially enjoyed the designed QB runs.
