Will our players be surprised when UCONN players immediately start the game fired up? Are we ready to match their emotion while controlling ourselves? Are we able to keep the dumfounded looks off our faces when the refs don't constantly call fouls even when UCONN is being overly-agressive on defense?

Will we fold like we did against FSU and get desperate or will we get angry and win the damn game? I don't think we can blame it on toxic teammates, like we seemed to use as the excuse last year. Man up.

Uconn Used to be very good when Jim Calhoun was the coach. Then they sucked ass, Kevin Ollie took over, got lucky one year in the tourney and won it all and then it was discovered he was cheating got fired and the lawsuit is still going on. UConn is no longer consistently good.

We need our snipers to start hitting shots. Together, Locke and Mann are 5-26 from 3pt range. They are shooting 25% and 33% overall. To compete for a title, this has to change.

Nembhard is shooting 28% overall. Blackshear is at 40%. That's where the improvement needs to come. They are missing a lot of open shots. Can't blame that on White. I simply refuse to believe that these guys will continue to shoot so poorly.

I was planning on just listing the first 5 scorers, But when I saw Akok Akok I had to include him. He was born in Sudan.
I'm thinking this is a year U Conn is good. They held up well against St. Joseph, who is always good,
Averaging 88 ppg with solid team shooting %s makes them efficient and well coached. To beat them our defense will have to choke them and our offense must up our shot%.

White can't just "c'est la vie" this game. Try something strategic, like using Jitiboh to play "knock around" especially on 6'11" Carlton. I mean Don't passively let U Conn leave us in that demoralizing dust - react with something to mold our young guys' determined "can do" attitude.
Like to give Omar more PT. We better hit 70+% FTs. Need ball hawking TOs. White's perimeter-shooting team will let us down in this one.
These young Gators don't need a coach that's far off in Tranceville-inania?
