I wouldn't think it would count as a stream. If you don't need DVR, have you considered getting an HD antenna and maybe skipping any kind of cable entirely? If not, what channels are crucial to you that you want to keep?- shabadoo25

You can pick by price and channel selection from all the services if DVR limits aren't that important to you. I am learning that most programming can be found On Demand which would lessen the need for a traditional DVR.- shabadoo25

I tried the free trials on all of them. We went with YouTubeTV and second place wasn't that close. We also do Philo because we need Nickolodeon for the kids. Total cost = $72/mo.
