    He might deserve it, and if the season goes South, maybe no way to avoid it. But that would mean Stricklin hires the next coach and I doubt it's something he wants to do and might not have the next great coach available.

    When he committed I thought, “see if he signs” but no worries our Co OC OL coach can snag a few PWOs and develop them into backup quality big men.

    Yes, it looks like our players play the way the staff instructs. If not that, the staff is still responsible. Nunnery was probably a liability in coverage. Seems from his time at Houston, he could tackle.

    The signs have been there that Napier's not an unconventional coach, but that he really doesn't know what he's doing. Would be shocked to find he actually oversees practices and sanity checks what his assistants are supposed to be doing. I believe he really doesn't know. That aside, no surprise...
