Sorry for the short response. Sometimes I forget the audience. The "chicken or egg" reference was an indication that I understood that the relationship might not be causal, that the high staff salaries might be the result of the success and not the cause of it. So your post left me thinking that you were not Captain Sasquatch, but Captain Obvious.

What I said was for the people who think that somehow just paying assistant coaches more money means you'll automatically have a great team. If you pay a sh*tty coach more money, he doesn't magically become a great coach.

Depending on that list over time, the reverse may also be true: If you don’t have a high assistant coach salary pool, you won’t win titles.

I had to come here for a promotion. Did my job and get another one at two years exactly and blowing out of this sh*tcan as fast as we can. We have all been miserable the entire time and there isn’t crap to do here, the food and service suck and the city cares more about trees than a functioning town.

I somehow missed that Norvell is bringing his DC - Adam Fuller - from Memphis.

I had some Nulls tell me after they hired Auburn's OC that they were trying to get Ugly's DC.

Quite a massive difference between the two. They must've stayed quiet about that hire
