Well, our defensive recruiting is basically a mirror image of the Chimp days, nothing but Buck/Rush linebackers and DBs.
Pretty well stated and remember Durkin recruited most of the talent that Chimp was given credit for......as for the 2012 defense which was damned good they were almost exclusively part of Meyers 2010 class and a few from 2009 like McCray, Jelani, Hunter and Bostic....I've about given up ever seeing a starting rotation up front like Floyd, Easley and Hunter and McCray...….can't you imagine how easy it was to call blitzes with those 4 beast upfront.....of course it also helped having 2 guys who were big, strong and fast as hell to man the middle and shutdown most anything sideline to sideline when teams tried to run....Jelani and Bostic cleaned up everything because we were solid as hell up front.

They pay less than college? :crazy:

Not only is that job going to pay more than college (next coach for Dallas gets at least $8 million/per), the facilities are second-to-none and the endorsement possibilities are endless. You also don't have to sit in a roach-infested living room recruiting some pizza-faced, snot-nosed punk and pretending to like his fat, mouthy mother. Not even Mullen is dumb enough to turn down that job.

You really need to keep going to those AA meetings.
Agree to disagree. :trainwreck:

Hey ass face, you don’t give a single sh!t about the running game and you know it —our running game is what is dragging us down. Passing offense is ranked 17th, not bad for 3/4 year with an inexperienced dark horse you like to call “trash” (you should hang your head in shame forever for that one, sh!tbird), and no I haven’t seen this caliber of a downfield passing attack here in many years. Get over yourself you God damn egomaniac.

I enjoyed your rant tremendously - well done! But for the record, the "sh!tbird/ass face" doesn't even believe half of what he brays about himself. It matters not if he's right or wrong, but whether he can piss somebody off badly enough to entice them into following him down the rabbit hole. Admittedly, it can get pretty phukking crowded down there on occasion.

Urban was in Dan Snyder’s box with Alex Smith today during the Skins game. Snyder putting a full court press on making Urbs the next coach in Washington.

Urban isn't that dumb, working for Snyder is just collecting cash until he fires you, nobody will ever win jack with that guy running the show.

While Dan Snyder is a garbage owner, Jerry Jones isn't much better. Urban to the Skins actually makes much more sense for two major reason's;

1) The Redskins expectations are so low, the pressure level will be far more manageable for fragile Urbs. We all know the Cowboy's have Dom Perignon expectations, but the product on the field is akin to Milwaukee's Best.

2) The Skins roster is loaded with former Urban players so he'll have a much better handle on player personnel and player respect right out of the gate. This is a huge selling point for a college coach making the jump to the NFL.

Urban would be nuts to go to Dallas

Snyder is a tool, but he’d be much easier to deal with than Jones. Not only is Alex Smith a former player of Meyer’s but so is Dwayne Haskins. I could see ol Urbs actually considering this one. That team actually has some young talent and could be competitive in a couple years with the right leadership.
