10:51 a.m.: While we wait for the last two letters of intent to come in for UF’s committed prospects, I just wanted to drop off a few programming notes regarding several players Florida’s in the mix for.

New Hampstead wide receiver Sam Brown is expected to commit to either Florida, Georgia or Ole Miss at 1:45 p.m. ET.

Gulliver Prep defensive lineman Donell Harris will either stick with Texas A&M or flip to Florida. His decision will be broadcast on his Instagram account, @d9ine__, at 4 p.m. ET.

10:55 a.m.: Jalen Lee’s signed letter of intent has arrived at Florida. Lee, who de-committed from LSU less than a month ago before committed to the Gators, appeared set on signing Thursday before ultimately opting to finalize the process just before 11 a.m. Wednesday.

This is simply an indication that those who are in the "everyone" category, really dont know dck about these kids or what they are gonna do.
Not much of a fan of most of these recruiting guys, but have to say it's tough to predict teenagers. I have a pair of 18 years olds and they surprise me all the time.

What also backfires is that the more attention they give these kids, often the more it bothers them and makes them almost want to troll them.

The Hippocampus is not fully developed; basically kids do stuff without thinking about the consequences.

Was GT Coach Geoff Collins serious when he said that stuff about Waffle House? He was just on ESPN2 talking about how Waffle House was founded by GT grads and the upper corporate management of Waffle House are all GT boosters, and everybody loves Waffle House, and the players like being associated with that brand. So that's something that gives GT an advantage over, "the school northwest of us," meaning UGA. He was also wearing a shirt that said 404 (the Atlanta area code) and worked mentions of "the 404" into his interview three times.

I want to believe his performance was an Onion-like satirical spoof of Oregon's association with Nike, Ohio State calling Michigan "the school up north" and Miami's overdone reference to "the 305." I'm not sure he's that clever, though.

EDIT: My bad, I'm sure he said the school northeast of us, not northwest. Typo.

Come on man... This is a good class, no qualifiers needed. Yea, we benefited from some turnover at other schools but at least we’re taking advantage of it. And I think Braun switching to UF speaks volumes - he may have liked everything we have going on better than UGA just wanted to play for the best coach in the country for his position. Remove the coach, we won. It’s not like kids switch all the time if they lose their position coach - see Cece and Ivey...

He said NW? Dude needs to learn his geography unless he thinks he’s competing with UT Chattanooga.

Glad to see he is doing well. I like that he picked up Sims (a 4* QB) and two 4* WRs. With that said, I still want to steal his 4* RB.
