Sweet, leaves more for me!

4 sticks of butter
4 cups of pecans
1 pound candied cherries & pineapple
1 pound brown sugar
6 eggs
1 ounce lemon flavor
1 tsp baking powder

What exactly do folks find objectionable in the list above, other than calories?

Sxo

Sounds fantastic. How long do you bake it & at what temp?

It is that time of year again.

A hot cup of coffee and a piece of fruit cake is a moment of heaven on earth.
