Gone now....
Wow

@BruceFeldmanCFB: With Joe Moorhead being fired, expect Miss. State, an interesting name to watch is #Patriots STC Joe Judge. He played and coached there, and a source says has always wanted the job. He will have some key backers there.

@Year2: Also, this is a total jerk move to all the recruits who just signed at MSU a couple weeks ago. They had better release all who want out of their NLIs.

@ByPatForde: If Mississippi State hired the coach it turned in a decade ago for alleged violations recruiting Cam Newton, THAT would be peak SEC.

Miami?

@BruceFeldmanCFB: There's a lot of good OC vacancies out there. Joe Moorhead just became the biggest recruit on the market, and he's likely to be a bargain given that MSU will still be paying a big chunk of his salary.

Wow. He must have done something recently for this to happen. Bad time for a coaching search, so they must have really wanted him gone.

They did want him gone, but his starting QB getting knocked out of their bowl game by a fellow teammate was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Not defending but how is this on the HC? Did he encourage the fight? Did he take bets?

@Andy_Staples: My guess is they’ll have that option. West Virginia gave everyone that option last year. Kept all but one.
