You fcking lumbersexual.

In all seriousness Law donkey and ltraz needs a thread strictly for them to post how much Mullen sucks. It'd be nice to be able to check the recruiting threads and actually be able to get recruiting updates without having to read through 20 fcking pages of you two challenging everyone to a sideways offense dick contest. Why don't we keep that argument in one of the other 30 threads that have evolved into that category and leave the recruiting updates to recruiting updates.
I regret that I have only one like to give.

Cox? None of the transfers are playing next year, bro. NCAA isn't going to buy that "my dad is sick so I want to move 2 hours from home instead of 3" thing for the RB.

You really don't have to worry about us playing Alabama any time soon.
In all likelihood we'll get a grad transfer OL, yes Cox, and Grimes was a transfer (who is staying). Lingard is 50/50. heck Pouncey may even get a waiver, although that one doesn't matter very much

I rarely come in here when I'm off.

Man, are you doing this all wrong. "Off" is where we all come from. Sure, there are a few "right-on" posters, but that's all accidental.

From whence comes all this posting about seasons ruined because we lose to UGa? I remember a Gator fanship that in good humor latched on to a cliche' "wait 'til next year" -- over & over. It turns out that was our technique chosen instead of badmouthing our Gator team, our Gator coaches. Just like our underdog players, we showed up in the Swamp as the Gator Faithful. In those days Florida won a game or two more than they lost. "Wait 'til next year" was well used. We saw the games as contests that Gators "dug in" to win, but too many times our opponent hung on to beat us. We never had 10-win seasons but we enjoyed & cheered our college football team.

This thread, indeed this board, is not about football. It's only about the outlook of the posters. The dumpers inflict their miserable existence on us all and the pumpers invite us to share their la la land. Sad.

I noticed his lack of arm strength in that game as well. But he looked different from the rest of the season. Was he injured? Or maybe his arm was tired. I don’t know but he was throwing lollipops most of the game

Va had a couple of really tall DE /LB that were good at and getting their arms up and batting passes. Some of the lack of zip on Trask’s passes was him trying to put touch and loft over them. He did seem a little off though.

A lot of fans expectations are to compete for he SECC. In that scenario, beating UGa is a must.
Pre-Spurrrier the fans expectations were based on the fact that we had NEVER won a SECC.

Can you imagine a Bowl game under Chump or Butters in which the QB threw for more than 300 yards and we talked about him being a little off? (But law sees the last three coaches as peas in a pod.)

Also constantly referring to vertical routes as a “sideways offense”. Like, we can visibly see that’s not the case. But keep on keep on

Lose to more talented teams - has Mullen showed the ability to pull off upsets on a consistent basis?

If you can pull off an upset on a "consistent basis" it won't be an upset now would it. I know FSU is in the dumps, but they were the more talented team the past two years. Miami is not far off too. Just maybe a reminder of where we would have been had we hired Chip Kelly or one of the other clowns. I remember all the arguments here that Chip Kelly did not need to be a good recruiter, because if he comes to UF recruits would follow. Well now we know that is not true.

Either way if you told me two years ago what our record and recruiting would look like under two years of Mullen I would take it all day.

I was pissed that he didn't beat UGA this year, but only reason I was pissed is because he actually made the team competitive to a point we all felt that they could be beat, and that is credit to him.

I would have mentioned that, but my understanding is that you must be able to break down film before you can be able to see a receiver run twenty yards down the field and catch a pass. Either that, or twenty yards is still sideways.

You haven’t followed the waiver process much have you?
Please. Gators dont even bother often.

I sucked too much to play at Miami (or the coach didnt like me and said I was hurt when I say Im ready) isnt a valid waiver.

Yes, yes, I know. Twotter said Cox and errbody gettin waivers so you buy it.

It really isnt that difficult to compare the two times a quarter we run anything but short routes.

We actually count them off in the chatbox on game days. You could do.somethung super simple like that, Im sure.

If you are saying that CDM doesn't even use long routes to occupy the safety, then wouldn't that be the story? Why carp about short routes when major incompetence is evident?
