That's disgusting. I'm surprised they aren't suing the school and/or principal for not doing more about the bullying. Suing the coach for not being in the room seems like a stretch, but I wonder if there were any repercussions of for Webb and the other players who knew? If not, then that makes sense as to why the coach would be blamed.
They have rules in place that coaches have to be in the locker room so stuff like this is prevented

Notice they tied the Baseball coach to the suit to tap into school board’s insurance?

For the rest of his life, every time this guy raises a bottle to his mouth it will elicit a gag reflex in him. Is there a number you can put on that?

If I were the defense attorney it would be really hard not to continue the bullying when the kid got on the stand:

Defense Counsel: You say you knew there was semen in the drink?
John Doe: Yes, I could taste it.
Defense Counsel: So you'd say you're quite familiar with what semen tastes like, is that correct?

Defense Counsel: Now walk me through what happens at that point. You take the bottle off the top of the locker...
John Doe: Yes I take it off the top of the locker and I start to drink it and then...
Defense Counsel: Do you swallow?
John Doe: Yes, I swallow-
Defense Counsel: I bet you do. (chuckling)

Defense Counsel: Now when you were drinking from the bottle, describe how you were positioned. Is that when you were kneeling?
John Doe: No, I was standing up at the time.
Defense Counsel: Is that the first time you've ever swallowed semen when you weren't on your knees?
Real easy to counter that.
DC: You say you knew there was semen in the drink?
JD: Yes, I could smell it after I started drinking it and it smelled like semen
DC: So you'd say you're quite familiar with what semen smells like, is that correct?
JD: Yes, It's what your breath smells like right now as a matter of fact.

Disgusting for sure but who the hell drinks a week old, already opened drink that’s been siting in the locker room for several days? Even after being warned by his friend not to drink it? I don’t get it.

Getting a million dollar judgment against judgment proof poor people (nearly everyone, really) is a waste of paper.

They may get a big chunk of mayonnaise boy's first contract though.

Schit, who would drink an open drink that has been sitting in a locker room for 15 minutes.... Sounds like this dude is at least partially negligent.
