I think the answer is no. apparently he sent in an LOI but Georgia did not accept it. it would help if the reporters had some ability to write precisely though, which would also require them to have some understanding of the process and the rules.
is this even slightly serious? other than that tweet?
he just doesn't seem like a Gators kind of recruit, at least not now that butters is gone.

Pragmatically respecting the bulk evidence concerning our RBs, I'd say =
1) Pierce's concussions are fully "healed" and he will become the close equivalent of Perrine as our main RB.
2) Davis will return to his original form when actually he was our best RB = ypc leader.
3) Clement won me over on that 41-yard run where going where the play called for he hit that logjam in the middle. Instead of leaning right there, he took off wide (to daylight) and he ran 41 yards before a CB could catch him. Clement is a serviceable RB.
4) Then, if eligible, Lingard can be a blistering north-south ball carrier - a red-zone TD carrier.
5) Incoming freshmen should add to all that.

If we get him, im good with it. If not, im also fine with it. Seems like a problem kid if a dude whos as slimy as a snail turns his nose up to him on signing day. If mullen thinks hes good and wants him, I'll... dare i say it, "trust the coaches" and if not, im cool with that too.

I just don't see Evans coming here, especially since the master of "ethical relativity" has been on him for quite a while now. We got burned big-time with poor character types in each of the last two classes, and we already have one "marginal" type pending, who has a problematic history with grades and issues of conduct detrimental to team unity as it is. If Evans does come, and doesn't turn out to be a cancer, I'll eat my words and be happy to do it. But again, I'll believe it when I see it. This guy has "Jimbo Special" written all over him - just sayin.'
