Stability in coaching is a plus but change creates more opportunity. If Grantham really wants the MSU job let him follow his passion and go. There is a concern of who he takes with him, and how much uncertainty it causes in the ranks . You have to assume that Grantham leaving is not a surprise to CDM and he has a short list ready.
