I could blame it on the march to a million but since that has past I'll go with boredom.
I will say I find it hard to believe anyone on this board would face the penalties of a dui without lawyering up and if you are going that route why would you help in your conviction by blowing.
I personally wouldn't blow, but not because the Mayor didn't. I'd do it because either way you are loosing your license for a year, not blowing would save me a bunch of money, jail time, and probation.

In my younger days I had a friend we called two beer Ted, two beers and he was dancing on the tables. I wasn't much different, I just kept it at one.
