Im not really sure what happened to 78. He used to be pretty logical, but he has regressed to teenage girl "It's all about the QB" even when the QB was a third stringer playing Meyerball at Suckeye State and was less than Franks running Ensingminger LSU ball last year.

I suspect a stroke or something. He probably eats pureed foods these days.

Brady is going to be winning games for a long time. I'd love to get him after next year.

Burro, a flash in the pan. Very capable of throwing the ball down the field but let's face it, he played a bunch of defenses that haven't seen the forward pass since 2001.

Blah blah blah. It was good having you away. Your post is typically ignorant of reality and followed, as usual, by the same boring narrative you’ve resorted to for last 26 years.

Come back when you’ve got something solid to contribute.

Auburn....

You could argue that, but it can also be argued that Lsu made some uncharacteristic offensive mistakes in that game as well. They definitely squandered a few scoring chances in that one that they didn't seem to do in other games that I remember. Barn scoring very late in that game makes it look a little closer than it was too. Could also argue Bama played them pretty tough, only lost by 5 and made several mistakes along the way to aid Lsu. Regardless, Lsu made the plays when they had to, and now they're the champs.

Yes, and I even saw Chase extend his arms at the last moment on a deep ball. Brady has left his imprint.

Burrow is good, but to declare him a generational talent based on one season is asinine, as is to say this years LSU teams is one of the all time greats. Recency bias is powerful, everything that is currently happening is always the best ever to people for some reason.

This LSU team wouldnt come within 20 points of ‘95 Nebraska

I agree that Burrow hasn't got the track record yet but this Season was special.

^^^^ Me think you are giving too much credit to 95 Braska!

Beat 7 top 10 teams. The last 5 games (including SECCG, playoff and NCG) by at least 17. Gotta give credit where it’s due. That was a great football team...especially late in the season.
