Absolute disaster. I know many folks have been saying something similar but it bears repeating:
Mullen’s tenure here has a ton of potential but his self imposed limitations may ultimately be his undoing. Lack of commitment to elite recruiting and misguided sense of loyalty to his staff will be his undoing. If he does not change this offseason, I do not know how he will ever be successful here. Hiring Knox versus retaining Seider. Hiring English and focusing on a failed attempt to recruit California... then keeping him anyways. Refusal to bring in fresh blood to the offensive staff by keeping guys like Billy G. Oh well, on to the portal. More short term solutions that do not address the real problems - his failed staff.
Wayne Williams disagreesI understand being a serial killer isn't common for a black guy but someone needs to seriously keep an eye on that creepy fcker.
I mean has anyone actually ever seen his “wife” ?
And making close to half a mil a year! That is a lot of money for ineptitude.Well today was sure fun. And two weeks from now when Knox and English are still employed we can really pop some bottles.
this is the best argument for termination I've ever seen. Bravo.I will say this... If you are Tae Williams and your choice for mentorship and coaching comes down to Ron English and Ed Reed, can you really blame him for choosing Miami?

I love all the “staff continuity” comments you see floating around to justify retaining Knox or English. Continuity is easy when no one wants your coaches. No one wants your coaches when they can not recruit and their position groups underperform.the game passed by Ron English 20 years ago
