As is often the case, I have no idea what you are talking about.
You quoted a text from Callahan, who I temporarily believed was KIRK Callahan. Another failure of a position coach.... however I do believe Ryan Callahan is Kirk Callahan's brother and used to be a staffer for us as well.

Google how ever wants to send me to a gay Ryan o'callaghan, and I don't have time to look further.

I see him list at 237# and then 249# somewhere else. He looks like the body type that could get up to or beyond 260-270 in a couple years. I would love to see us get another guy like that so we could use a little more base 4-3 at times.....not sure if it's in TG's DNA though.

If you are talking about Princely Umanmielen, he is already at 260. He said so himself.

I think Will Hill and Dee Finley were top10 players overall if I'm not mistaken.

Will Hill was a highly ranked player you are correct, but in fairness his college career should have been so much better. He was decent but his off the field "activities" clearly slowed his abilities on the field. But he did have some decent NFL time. So I will hope that this kid that went to scrotUM plays like KJ on the field and acts like Will Hill off the field

there's always a double standard. if you're a five-star and you don't make all the SEC you're a failure, if you're a three-star and you play at all suddenly the retards like boss are claiming you are proof that we should land nothing but three stars

It was not an intentional quote. Perhaps I read it once upon a time and it was buried in my subconscious somewhere. I also have hated schadenfreude (taking joy from someone else’s misery) since I lived somewhere where the people there elevated it to an art form.

Well he responding to a guy talking about the last 20 years so...

Oh and Kyle Jackson was signed before Hill I believe.

And on top of all that I believe Matt Elam was a 5* safety

For some reason I thought he said the last 10 years. My bad.

As much as we bitch...LOOK AT THE OFFERS I’m very upset over the staff and I’m excited for Princely...but honestly we need a top notch RB coach and give Gray the DBs as a whole...hope y’all are having a great day I just wanted to bring a little perspective to the fact that we’re not Memphis South

Great coaches do not accept mediocrity. Great coaches leave no stones unturned. Great coaches truly analyze every aspect of their program, and refuse to accept excuses for repeated failures. But, Dan does. Every year.

I wish I believed that we are catching up to the big boys. But we are not. Sure, Dan has made improvements over sharkf*cker, but he needs to do more than just that. He needs to outpace the improvements of our competition, as well. Until he does so, we will continue to hear loser-speak, like "we're only 7 points away..." and accept the fact that our guy might be pretty good, but it's unlikely that he'll ever be great.

Yeah I get your point...it’s just come full circle for them and they’re 3-4 years away from being able to even have a decent roster

I thought about this today. Mullen made it clear that we need to get bigger along the d-line. It seems that even if Grantham wants to play tiny d-linemen, Mullen does not. The recruiting haul at least shows Mullen does not agree with Grantham's tiny d-line philosophy. DC has to do what the HC wants.
