After seeing all those picks of grantham I like him even better. The man has passion and anger. And players LIKE to play for him. Now all we need is for him to somehow get his players to stop 3rd and California, and get them to perform at a level where we win all of our big games in the same season (I.e.-beat UGA, LSU & all the rest needed to win the SEC).

Generally, yes. He's coming to UF to work as an analyst for the football team - and from his past, likely a defensive analyst. We rarely hear what they are doing specifically, but I imagine he'll break down the opposing teams offenses and ways to attack it (from a UF defensive perspective) and he'll also - likely - review our own defense for weaknesses/ways to improve. I'm not sure if they assist w/ game planning.
For a guy like Charlie, taking this job likely means he wants to stay in the game, so he may be waiting for a job offer from somewhere (UF or elsewhere).
Chuck Heater was an analyst last year for UF and he just got the DC job at Colorado State (working for Addazio).
