OK? He got a concussion and made it to the playoffs.
He wasn’t in his prime! That’s a pretty damn good last two years.

Relative to his time with the 49ers I'd say it was mediocre. Just my opinion. He wasn’t in his prime! That’s a pretty damn good last two years.
Wow, what great timing. The New England area is freaking out from the Coronavirus, with like over 100 cases in Boston because some brilliant doctor who was already infected went to a medical conference there and infected a bunch of other doctors, of all people.
Then a report came out yesterday that Boston's particular geographical longitude may make it more susceptible to easy transmission of the virus, for some climate-related reason.
Then their ultimate sports hero announces he's going to leave them, today on St. Patrick's Day of all days, which in case anyone didn't know is a particularly beloved holiday in the Boston area.
Kids in that area, or adults for that matter, who grew up idolizing Tom Brady will now forevermore feel a twinge of sadness when St. Patty's Day arrives.
Reminds me of how my grandfather on my Mom's side inconsiderately chose to unexpectedly of a heart attack on my parent's wedding anniversary. Kind of messed that occasion up for my Mom from then on.
Do you think he chose to make the announcement today just to twist the knife in a little bit? Seems to me he could've just as easily done it yesterday, or tomorrow. Seriously, St. Patrick's Day is a really big deal in Boston.
I do not wish him success wherever he goes. No matter what his issues may have been with Belichick or Kraft, out of loyalty to the fanbase that has passionately supported him for 20(!) seasons he should've sucked it up and finished his career there.
It's not like he's Dan Marino, who played all those years for my Dolphins without a championship. If Dan the Man had been in better condition at the end of his career and left to play one more year for a team that was a legit contender so he could have a shot at a ring, I would not have begrudged him that.
But Brady has six rings, and more money than he could ever possibly spend. Not to mention that his wife's independent net worth is as much as his, if not more. So what is he chasing at this point, by going somewhere else?
I do not think this decision is going to end well for him, as it shouldn't IMO. I hope to see him regret it.
Wait....my posts are full of salty butthurt? Hahaha! Looks like we got a certified Brady in the house. Jealous of Giselle much?

How long before Brady's new team gets caught for cheating?
Brady to the LA Chargers....been a done deal....he bought a house there and has started a production company....why do you think Philip Rivers left?
Well that is a surprise. Ever since I started a thread in the PF challenging people to post their predictions, my prediction game has completely gone in the sh*tter. I was fully onboard with @LagoonGator68 and @NVAGATOR86 and thought Brady was L.A.-bound.
Tampa seems like a odd choice for him and his wife and their celebrity lifestyle. No offense to any of our resident Tampons, but it's not the most glamorous of destinations. But I'm sure he'll buy a big ol' boat to park behind a big ol' mansion near Jeter's on Davis Island and make the best of it.
