Howard will still start. Gronk isn't the same Gronk any more. He is really beat up. Playing backup is a better fit at this point in his career.

Not in the games I watched. From reading about Howard, it seems he can't stay healthy. The bucs are trying to trade him as they have given up on him.

Brate was really solid two years ago, didn't watch as many games this past year. It's usually the local game for me... but only watched it for laughs and Jameis provided so many.

Are you serious? You think Gronk is coming out of retirement to be a backup? You think the Bucs traded a 4th round pick for a backup TE?
Gronk is only 31 and is now fully rested and fresh, not beat up in the slightest. He could play several more years. He will start and play a ton.
OJ Howard, who has been a colossal bust, is as good as traded. Like Jameis, he has fallen out of favor with Arians and will be jettisoned just like Winston.

I said that 2 posts later. He will start over Brate. He wouldn't start over a healthy Howard. Gronk slowed significantly in 2018. He said himself wasn't the same player because of all the injuries. That is why he retired. He hasn't finished a season since 2015.

Howard SUCKS and couldn't hold the jock of Gronk even injured. I had no idea you were such a Howard nutswinger. It may warrant a vacation.
Hell, Cameron Brate is better than Howard.

Hasn't finished a season since 2015 Has an, according to him, "robot arm." And the main reason he retired in the first place? He has had a large amount of concussions. That doesn't magically get better.
