Serious question, was it a horrific injury with multiple ligaments?
If so what do you see him coming all the way back?

It really isn't that uncommon for a knee injury to take to years to rehab. Part of that is psychological rehab.

Lorenzo averaged over 11 yards per carry in high school for the 8A division.

He averaged 8 yards per carry in his limited time in Miami.

It was either because chump wanted to move Henry to LB (hard to know if that was just rumor or true, but I want it to be true because I cant stand chump), OR saban did what he always does on the recruiting trail.

Still, it's hard not to get excited about a Gator Legacy who's highly rated in HS.

I wanted both of them at UF.

Kelvin was a good back but he wasn’t a blazer or a bruiser which kept him from becoming elite.

He’s from Belle Glade and played at Glades Day....a good school but very small. He was friends with Jacoby Ford and visited the Fords frequently. A great kid....well mannered and always respectful.

I like how there is a group of Gators who seem to blame Kelvin Taylor for Chimp and Shark being terrible game day coaches.

And terrible recruiters. It isnt his fault they didnt recruit anyone better to share the carriers.

I watched an interview where Henry confirmed MooseDump wanted him at LB, not RB. Not sure if that is why he didn't come here but, he confirmed.

Hell having anyone to share carries with was far from the worst problem....perhaps if they(chimp & sharkf vcker) had recruited any olinemen who could bench 225 for more than 2 reps would have been a start.

Well, he won the Heisman as a RB, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say, "yes." Early on in his recruitment he said he didn't mind the idea of sharing carries with Matt Jones, so I doubt Taylor scared him away. He was a Gotor fan in our back yard and chump let bamuh lure him away. Moron.

it's been 10 years since we could average eight yards a carry versus those schools.

next year won't be any different, it will be a Dan Mullen offense again.

I have never really understood why people think a year is going to change things.

Yep his HS film looks amazing and I'm assuming the coaches saw him work out before re-recruiting him, but I'll believe it when I see it. Those ankle-breaking cuts he was famous for need 100% healthy knees and also 100% mental confidence in said knees.

That level of lifting/pressure on the knee is a good sign and heals some of the psych issues when the joint muscles strengthen.

Because Mr TOP’s ultimate fantasy is to win a game 2-0. Pretty sure Henry caught that vibe and lost interest.
