Whatever about changing your name, but geez, pick something cool. When I was 8, I wanted to change my name to Johnny Cash. Ceedy Duce sounds like a turd with too many peanuts in it. What a dumbass.

exactly my first thought. I love crunchy peanut butter but when I eat it I always have a Ceedy Deuce.

I’m reading “Team of Rivals” by Doris Kearns Goodwin, a biography of Lincoln in context with the 3 men he surprisingly beat for the nomination in 1860 then pulled into his cabinet. Great book, and the reference to Clay caught my attention.
