Mom made Mac n Cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches with Velveeta. I haven't had any since childhood. Mixed with cotton it makes a good bait for pan fish and temporary fiberglass boat repair.

I put ketchup on Holiday Turkey. Mayo on the left overs for sandwhiches.

When I make the good beer cheese, the one that tastes the best, I use velveeta. There's just no comparison.

It probably is a KY thing. I've only had it here. I make it with a dark beer, sharp cheddar, velveeta, cream cheese and cayenne pepper. It's amazing with pretzels, chips or carrots.
