My wife is my "sweet tribulations". Be careful with her, she's hung like a tatanka.

Now as for you, my sweet donkalations, I believe the delta in results to which you are referring was caused by the body-type and skill sets of the current oline personnel for which EJ was a better fit than Trask. EJ allowed the oline to be more aggressive mostly because he was running a very limited number of plays. Basically the online didn't have to think as much and were able to just attack the dline.

I do not know why Mullen chose to go with EJ over Trask. Could it be because Trask had a greater understanding of the playbook which enabled Mullen more diversity in play calling? The end results for the year are kind of hard to argue as a negative.

Also the "option play" isn't exactly the same application as it was for Nebraska in the 90's.

And I'd prefer that you display a more professional and reserved attitude in my court counselor. Otherwise I'll need to file a motion ex parte to have you slogging pro se on my dongalation.
Sometimes a like just isnt enough but you people should hook this brother up.

I have the log in to give this guy a like and then I decided I would reply.

Understand, that my position on Trash hasnt changed. High school backups have no place at UF and we should never hire garbage coaches who have to take that one in 10 million risk because they can't recruit any better than that.

That being said Trash has done unimaginably well. He has a strong enough on and has been reasonably accurate. For a guy who's never really played football, he has been incredibly calm in the pocket.

Of course it isn't a Nebraska option. it's the Notre Dame option. watch any of the '80s or '90s Notre Dame games and see how familiar the plays look. the only difference is instead of playing tight ends (or fullback) we move those tight ends out as slot receivers.

Understand that prefer a pass first offense. I do hate the ND option and especially hate the slow-mo version of it.

BUT it obviously can be effective. then again anything's effective with Tebow and Harvin.

However..... if you're going to run an option then you use an option quarterback. (Not my preferred choice.)

If you're going to use a passing quarterback then you use a passing offense with conventional run game. Probably 40 or 50% of the passes we threw last year were still option fakes screen passes or that screen fake double move to the blocking receiver. It is absurd.

Mullinz does the stuff to himself. When he gets fired, he can look in the mirror and see who caused it. If only he used the pieces he had.

So you admit you're a lousy listener!

Very much so, lol

This is very accurate.

I like B.J. glad he's on our team, will be interesting to see if his roll in play calling will expand.

The most important thing is that this slightly increases the potential value of my "EA SPORTS NCAA Football 10" game for the PS3.

I think that I kept that originally because he beat Bama and Saban, who were ranked #1 before the Gators beat them, with a Kyle Whittingham coached Utah team in the Sugar Bowl. The value of that win has just gone up over the years.

Please watch Mullets Peach Bowl win over Meatchicken and contrast and compare it to Sharkboi’s season opener assswhipping by them with virtually the same players and get back to us with your best analytical comparisons. We await with baited breath....

The offense has significantly improved over the last two years and was on the right track. There's no way Mullen would just "fix something that wasn't broke". He caved to the BLM communist propaganda. This may allow him to "keep the the team" but I think he just "lost the coaches". The black people really need to take some self responsibility and educate themselves. If the communists do actually get control, history shows minorities will bear the brunt of the upcoming genocide that always follows a communist "revolution".

Ahhh GC!

I've been away for awhile but, in the midst of all the chaos of 2020, it's nice to find that some things remain unchanged...

This is from another thread

Dan credited new OC Johnson as the one pushing the vertical passing in the play calling. Admits he’s more run heavy in his approach.

THIS IS SPECTACULAR NEWS!!!!!!!!

The new playbook maybe IS here to stay, not just a blip. Johnson REALLY is at least greatly affecting the playcalling.

:pumper::pumper::pumper::pumper::pumper:
It has me feeling all tingly.

:stars::stars::stars:

I never thought Mullinz would adapt, or give up playcalling. He has been so fuchsing stubborn. 25 games is too long but still!!!!!

Soon you won't be able to tell the difference between donkey and jboss

you know Donk loves the pitch and catch angle.

The 90’s were offensive Heaven for him and he wants it back.

well guess what. Trask is slinging it better than anyone since Leak, and Spurrier is feeding Dan plays and wine.

how could donk not be mahogany over this?

we will see what ej and ar15 can do when their chance comes next year. Passing will take a step back with the Kyles leaving. And if Johnson gets a hc position at some point we’re back to mullen ball and angry donkey.....

In the meantime, Donk and the sport’s talking heads are giddy over this offense’s potential. Me too. OL is better, and Trask, Toney, Davis, and Pitts have all taken steps forward, and their supporting cast shows flashes too.

Honestly, after rewatching a few Leak games lately, I'd have to say Trask is way more accurate so far. Maybe not as pretty but he puts the ball where it needs to be with regularity.

I'll wait till I see how he handles Chump's defense before crowning anyone. I expect Chump's defense to at least put a little bit more fight than the empty field that Ole Miss had.
