In case we needed confirmation that 2020 sucks.
While I am old, though not by GCMB standards, I’m not old enough to remember seeing him play. I do remember watching highlight films of him though that were amazing. A shame how injuries derailed his career.

Some of those running moves he made back in the day was way ahead of his time.

I am old and definitely remember seeing him play...also .remember Lombardi on the sidelines ranting & raving, Johnny Unitas, Roman Gabriel *really good-looking guy) etc. etc. etc. If you didn't see the movie made about Sayres and Brian Piccolo who were roomates, suggest you get it. I believe it was made in the early 1970's and is a real tear-jerker "Brian's Song".
