Ok. I get that.
But you have to sit out the year after transfer. If he transfers now he has to sit out next year. I think if he had transferred in spring or maybe first half of summer, THIS year could have been the penalty year.

Its all good. The rating services seem to like the freakishly athletic guys, assuming I guess that S&C can get them to proper strength. I prefer the freakishly strong guys, like Rod Johnson, J Taylor, Heggie or White.
The 5 star guys seem determined to leave after three years and tend to demand early (too early) playing time
