Probably already been asked, but does he have any eligibility left and can he play DT?

He does not have any eligibility left and judging from all the knee damage in the multiple leagues he played in I doubt he could play DT.

Ding ding ding.

I TOTALLY forgot about this.

I wondered where all these new passing concepts came from. They sure as hell havent been in Mullin or Johnsons book at any previous stops. I was actually thinking a few days ago are they spending a lot of time with Spurrier?

How did I forget about this?

Whomever they listened to, kudos to Mullinz and Johnson.

Kerwin never took the UF job (and it was never confirmed it was offered). He's NOT working for UF. He's not listed in the UAA athletic directory and his twitter shows he's still living in Georgia.

you know I had that in my head but when I googled it showed he took the job.

we shouldn't tolerate anyone who lives in Georgia anyway.

we should still consider giving him a look at defensive tackle.

The Graham thing is posted in the non-SEC Coaching thread, but this confirms Kerwin was hired. I'm happy with this. If I could only choose one, I'd have taken Kerwin over Strong:

Source: Gators Add Former NFL Kicker to Coaching Staff

"Graham joins Tim Brewster and former Florida quarterback Kerwin Bell as incoming additions to Florida's coaching staff, entering its third season under head coach Dan Mullen. While active in adding members to the staff, Florida has only lost one key staffer in tight ends coach Larry Scott to Howard University, where he was named head coach earlier this month."

What we need is to add several Defensive Analyst...AKA Coaches and dump Grantham.

And why are we so concerned with Kerwin's weight?

He's a Gator Great, He runs a Potent Offense, I'd like to see him succeed...BUT the reason I think he's here is Mullen knows our Defense is so bad under Grantham that we'll have to hang 50 to beat UT or UGA

So we can't even agree if Bell is on the payroll or not? Heard he is and have heard he isn't. So can we get an official ruling on this?

I’ll weigh in by saying I certainly hope so. He’s just the type of addition that would tip the scales in our favor. If we don’t, it would be a serious waist.
