Michigan is giving us a good run for that Title.

Interestingly, Harbaugh signed a 7 year contract in 2014...he got a $2 million/year raise in 2016, but no extension. His contract expires in 14 months (so he has this season and next remaining on his contract). He's 47-18 overall, and 32-12 in B10 games, winless vs. Ohio State, and has 4 consecutive bowl losses. Ooooof!

I suspect you are forgetting that we were paying three guys during most of that period. Pretty sure we gave Chimp a six year extension in 2012 and two extensions after that.

even inlcuding the Muschamp and McElwain buy out and the Rich Rod buy out, Harbaugh wins, mostly due to the fact that in years 15-17 Harbaugh in two over those years more than doubled McElwain and the third year was 2.5 Million more. 2016 was the big one, because of Harbaugh's bonuses 9,004,000 to 4,270,000.

I think youre WAAAAY off. We were paying Chimp like 4 mil a yr 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018
We pay Shark 4.5 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 ( and 2021 & 2022, too, thanks, extension, weeks before we fired him!)
And we are paying Mullins 6 mil in 2018, 6.5 mil in 2019.
More or less? Off the top of my head?
16 mil Chimp
22 mil Shark
12 mil Mullinz

Something like that?

we pay more than anyone for HBCs, searching for bargains on the Buy Here Pay Here car lot.

according to USA Today:
Muschamps total buyout 6.3 Million

McElwain (total buyout is 7.5 Million)
2015: 3.5
2016: 4.27
2017: 4.5

neither buyouts include assistants which makes the total number 24.9 Million
UF spent most of any Power 5 program on buyouts last 15 years

Mullens:
2018: 6
2019: 6.07

Harbaurgh:
2015: 7.004
2016: 9.004 (includes ext. signing bonus)
2017: 7
2018: 7.51
2019: 7.504

Didn't look up Rich Rod by out because even then Michigan still wins.

They all have the SAME agent. It's one of the biggest cons in sports.

That really is the truth, a hand full of agents making money over all these contracts. Insane... even if your client is a regular failure he is in a career path once they reach a point they will fail upwards.

The agent is negotiating the buyout while he's negotiating the contract for the new coach. It's a conflict of interest (for the school). It's a con job.

Look at Muschamp's buyout (and some of the others). Why is it so high? Are there a dozen other schools trying to hire him out from under SC? The buyout should be no more than 1 year of the remaining contract, which is fair. It gives the coach a full year to find another job. Other than that, the coach should earn the buyout - like a Saban, Swinney or Meyer. No way should a .500 coach like Muschamp have a buyout in the 10's of million's.

Except......

Chip Kelly and Frost.

They had us over a barrel I guess. Apparently Dun Mullinz was Tinerc's 17th choice, just before Bullethead.

At this point I'm just amazed as the amount of money you can make as a fuching failure....

Harbaugh hasn't won anything he has gotten 38+ Million from Michigan
Muschamp UF - Signing 750,000 + coaching 11.7 Million + 6.3 Million buyout = 18.75
Butters - Coaching UF: 12.27 Million + 7.5 Million Buyout = 19.77 Million

Butters has accomplished the most out of the three by at least showing up in this conference Championship game. What a fuching joke.

edit: none of these numbers include other benefits like cars, private jet usage, Mushamp and Butters had housing money (don't know about harbaugh), etc..
