This is some of the interesting stats from the Athletic:

Kentucky had 559 yards against Ole Miss and has 596 in its past three games combined.

After defeating Mississippi State (24-2) and Tennessee (34-7) with fewer than 300 yards of offense in each game, the offensive struggles caught up to the Wildcats against Missouri, as they totaled 145 yards in a 20-10 loss. The Kentucky defense had forced 10 turnovers in each of its past two games, but Missouri did not turn it over on Saturday.

Every Ole Miss opponent has scored a season-high point total against the Rebels.

Florida scored 51, Kentucky scored 41, Alabama scored 63, Arkansas scored 33 and Auburn scored 35. Those are all season-highs for those teams.

Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral has thrown eight interceptions in the past two games. The Rebels threw six interceptions all of last season.

One week after throwing six picks against Arkansas, Corral threw two in a 35-28 loss to Auburn. He did run for 88 yards and two touchdowns. Ole Miss’ 283 rushing yards were the most allowed by Auburn since 2018 against Georgia.

Tennessee has lost 35 consecutive games to top-10 opponents, with the last 10 defeats coming by an average of 31.7 points per game.

The Vols lost 48-17 to Alabama on Saturday. None of those past 10 losses have been closer than 22 points.

In Tennessee’s past 10 quarters, the Vols’ offense has scored three touchdowns and allowed opposing defenses to score four touchdowns.

Jeremy Pruitt has lost 12 games by at least 21 points in his first 30 games as Tennessee head coach, with a 15-15 record. Butch Jones and Derek Dooley each had six such losses in their first 30 games

Alabama running back Najee Harris has 14 rushing touchdowns, the most through five games in school history.

Harris has scored a rushing touchdown in 12 consecutive games dating back to last season, scoring 26 in that span.

Quarterback Mac Jones completed 19 consecutive passes over the past two games, breaking the school’s previous record of 16, held by Greg McElroy. Jones started 11-for-11 on Saturday.

Alabama extended its FBS-record streak of 35-point games to 18, and Nick Saban moved to 23-0 against his former assistants.

In fairness, Ole Miss was hosed completely.

That doesn’t change the fact that their defense is the shyts, though.

It can be added that a Grantham's defense finally has gone back to back saturdays without giving up several 3rd and longs.

Phillip Fulmer is the most egotistical man in administration outside of Joe Alleva...he gave Pruitt an extension after beating absolutely no one and losing spectacularly in several games last season...he desperately wants to be the last coach that wins a title at UT while he’s alive

I said 2 or so weeks ago that the most pissed off people was whoever frosh QB was going to replace Les Myles Brennan when the UF-LSU game was postponed. Well that tank of a QB had a decent game against USCe who has some semblance of a secondary. Imagine how that kid's first start would have turned out if UF would have been the opponent.

Saw this quote on a Gamecock board. Does this make me an “influencer”?

All they had to do was ask. We could have told them the ending.

Normally I have trouble summing up much sympathy for spoiled rich kids, but after what he did to the Duke lacrosse team and their head coach in wake of the sexual assault allegations, Alleva should have been precluded from getting a job as an AD ever again.

Mullen just held his press conference; he said Missouri's D held Kentucky to 36 offensive plays on Saturday. THAT is an interesting stat!

He also said our team hasn’t practiced in 2 damn weeks....hard to learn hit and wrap up on Zoom calls.

Relentless Effort!

Already laying the ground work for some excuse when he mismanages the game or the team stinks it up. Also the reason Mizzou held Kintucky to 36 plays is b/c kintucky's offense is downright offensive and SUX. Terry Wilson = Let him throw ball. something Joe Lee Dunn Jr. could not figure out 2 years ago.
