Honestly, what can he change? This may seem a little crazy but scheme doesn't really matter when you are stocked with DEs and no DTs or LBs. What strategy can you employ in that scenario other than playing a bunch of DEs at DT and LB?

We have to hope that they shoot themselves in the foot on O and we don't.

This from the guy who publicly laughed at those of us that said the aTm game would be close (then deleted the offending post after aTm won).
Yep, I'm taking the points and Missouri (you can delete your post again afterwards). :stickpoke:
So what?

During the two to three week hiatus Mullen should have had every player and coach on the team who hasn’t had it come down with COVID. It’s only a matter of time before every player on the team gets it anyway. They are young and healthy and will recover. That way this virus would be once and for all be behind us. This would put us at an advantage down the road when other teams are still being hit by COVID.

What must be done eventually, should be done immediately.

BTW... I happen to agree. Although some punk kid would rat him out and he'd be immediately fired. Of course, this would give make Itraz happy and almost certainly give 'Donk a boner.

Grantham is determined to fail.

he ruined Louisville and UGA on D.

Now he’s ruining us.

the failure is dan’s for keeping the dog turd around to stink up the place.

and he’s gonna let the tool ride the Covid excuse and give him a pass on this circus sideshow of a defense.

Think the last time we played Mizzou in a home night game, was when we lost by 3-4 TD’s and only gave up like a 100 yards of offense. Chump has to be the only coach that can pull a feat like that off. Lol

That’s the last game I’ve been too...only time I’ve ever left early. They hat a kickoff return TD, punt return TD, interception return TD, and fumble return TD. Plus 2 more turnovers that gave them short fields. Such an awful performance

That's the kind of "game experience" that tries a fan's soul. Congratulations on surviving the unspeakable horror of the Chimp in what was his second worse loss among many bad losses.

I remember the stat after the game, in the history of college football teams that allowed their opponents less than 120 yards of total offense were 120-2, Muschamp was the head coach of the two teams (both Gator teams) that were on the losing end.

I can't stand to watch poor coaching, but I can't see where complaining about our coaches during the season helps the team. Anyway, I see some hope for this defense. Getting Kyree back into the rotation is critical. Missouri's QB is getting more comfortable and finding receivers; although he is completing 70% of his pass attempts, only 35 passes were attempted in the losses and 64 in the wins-he completed 85% at LSU. He can also take off, but we need to press him and place him forcibly on the turf. I heard that uk beat up their OL, so maybe with Kyree back we have enough DL in rotation for that as well control the run.

If our OL continues to play well we should be able to avoid their stud linebacker; he was DL of the week in the sec last week with 7 solo tackles. Seeing where this guy (his name is bolton) lines up is Trask's job, but he is a handful and needs a workout; so we need to keep him moving all over the field. I heard they are playing with a smaller roster this week so the Gators may be able to work him silly.

I worry about our defense but I think we will have at least a touchdown win for the Gators.
