It's really sad that a couple of random fans can break down our film, explain what's not working, and provide insight on easy ways to correct it better than our coaches who make hundreds of thousands, or in two cases, millions of dollars to do just this with our players. We fans are getting better coaching on freaking youtube than the actual players are. This is absurd.

Look. I agree with a lot of what this guy says. Confusion when getting set (that's a major pet peeve of mine. If you have limited practice time and you don't know from week to week who will be available, stop overcomplicating things), certain elements of technique, playing to soft, etc. are also legit. But when it comes to a particular defensive set it's easy to use hindsight to criticize. Defense is sometimes a gamble. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. I still want to know where this guy got all this knowledge, I can't find a reference to that anywhere. Are we listening to amateur night or does he have some background to back this up.

The Chinese fire drill formation should tell you all you need to know. Hard to know your job when you don’t even know where to line up. Inability to tackle is just part of the problem.
